Vinyasa merges movement with the breath. Flowing through a sequence of asanas synchronized to the breath. This warms the body, allowing students to move deeper into poses and over time — deeper into their personal practice.

INTRO TO SCULPT
When muscle meets yoga. Intro to Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Free weights are added creating resistance and intensifying each pose.
92-95 DEGREES + BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Yoga Sculpt II classes are designed for the intermediate. Prepare to flow with free weights a little more quickly. Practicing in this pace, it's important to have a good understanding of "breath-to-movement" and proper form.
